Services are quoted individually
We do not sell fixed, off-the-shelf products through this website. Each audit, assessment or implementation engagement is quoted in a separate written proposal that sets out the scope, fees, timeline and payment terms for that specific work.
Cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation or refund is handled according to the signed proposal or agreement for your engagement. Where work has already been scheduled or carried out, charges for the work done may apply. If your proposal does not cover a particular situation, please contact us and we will discuss it with you fairly.
